Below you will find the official team registration forms* along with payment links.  Please fill out the appropriate form and finalize your GSGVL registration by clicking the "Pay Now" button related to your particular format.

*There is also a separate form for "Free Agent" players who are signing up but are not committed to a team yet.  The League Director can help connect you with a level-appropriate team.
